Almond Roca  A homemade version of the fabulous store bought kind.

Cadbury Eggs  A copycat recipe for the wonderful eggs we can buy at
Easter time.  If you get a yen for them at another time, just make them
yourself.

Chocolate Bourbon Balls  This easy version is a little crunchy from nuts and
crushed vanilla wafers. Use a decent bourbon, like Maker's Mark.

Chocolate Fig Bon Bons  These are extremely simple, just process and roll
into balls.  The sweetness of figs goes very well with good chocolate.

Chocolate Fudge   This recipe is one from my Husband's Mother.  She is gone and
he claims he is the only one who can make this properly and also that it is the best
fudge in the world.

Chocolate Cherry Truffles  These are a bit of work, but they are well worth it.

Cream Cheese Fudge   A very nice version, even richer than normal.

Easy Turtle Candy  If you want to make candy at home, but are very busy, this
is the recipe.  Anyone can make these in a jiffy.

Five Ingredient Fudge  Simple chocolate butterscotch fudge.

Fruitcake Fudge  Want a combo holiday sweet, this is it.  A chewy, unusual
fudge that is popular with everyone.

Fudge Quickies   Chocolate, peanut butter and oatmeal make these a great
snack for kids.

Irish Cream Truffle Fudge  Extra creamy with the addition of Irish cream.
Bailey's is preferred.

Kahlua Balls   This treat is strictly for the adults.

Malt Balls   Make your own malt balls instead of buying the manufactured kind,
you will appreciate the difference.

Oreo Balls Crushed Oreos in cream cheese covered with chocolate.  It really doesn't
get better than that.  This one is great for children's parties.

Peppermint Fudge  A festive touch is added to this traditional fudge.

Peanut Butter Bacon Truffles  Something really different and indulgent.

Rocky Road  Not your Mother's rocky road, this one has crystallized ginger plus some
other surprises.

Rum Balls  Another traditional holiday treat.

Sees Fudge  This one is supposed to be like the Sees Candy we all know and love.

Spicy Mixed Nut Toffee  As if toffee wasn't fabulous enough already, this one has
mixed nuts and some special spices.

Strawberry Fudge Truffles  Simply divine, not too difficult.  Just a few
ingredients.

Sugar Free Peanut Chocolate Fudge  Made with Splenda and corn flakes,
this recipe is appropriate for those who do not want sugar in their diet, but
don't want to give up a great dessert.

Toasted Almond Crunch   Another old Rogers family recipe.

Toffee  English style toffee, when done correctly, is almost better than fudge.

Two Minute Fudge  This is dangerously good and takes only 2 minutes in the
microwave and then gets chilled in the refrigerator.

Velveeta Fudge   Believe it or not, this smooth as silk fudge is a big winner and
it is very easy.

White Christmas Fudge  This one is for the white chocolate lovers on your list.

Yule Log  This is a great treat for the kid's to eat as well as to help make.  It's kind
of like a Reese's peanut butter cup with Rice Krispies.
