Cream Cheese Fudge
1 12oz pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 8oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. box powdered sugar, sifted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup nuts optional
Butter a 8x8 square pan. Set aside.
Melt chocolate in a double boiler
or the microwave until completely smooth.
Place melted chocolate and next 3
ingredients in a large bowl. Butter hands.
Mix with hands. When completely mixed, add nuts.
Spread in buttered pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
Set at room temp. about an hour before trying to cut the pieces.
