A Crockpot can be the families best friend.   Mom can start dinner or a part of
dinner early and avoid that last minute stress.  Use these recipes to reclaim
some time with your families and to de-stress.  On top of the ease, Reader's Digest
reports that health studies have shown that food cooked slowly in a crockpot
is better for you!

Black Bean Chili  Super easy, this Vegan recipe is a whole meal with some
cornbread on the side.

Chalupa  The fancy name may have come from the Taco Bell menu, but this
