When you look at the labels of bottled dressings, you will find lots of strange
ingredients.  Freshly made dressing tastes so much better and is healthier as
well.

Asian Vinaigrette  This is a bit spicier than most dressing.  It goes well
with blander salads.

Blue Cheese Dressing So much better than bottled.  Great to use as
a dip as well.

Cashew Honey Dressing This creamy, tart dressing goes best with a
cold chicken salad.

Celery Seed Dressing  An excellent all purpose vinaigrette.

French Dressing  A classic dressing that is good on any type of green
salad.  Nice with just a tomato.

Ginger Dressing  An Asian dressing that has a heavy dose of ginger.
I like this on spinach salads.

Green Goddess Dressing  This is a very creamy dressing and goes well on
iceberg lettuce and on shrimp.

Honey Dijon Dressing  A classic, much nicer made fresh.  Great on a shrimp
salad or to dip chicken fingers.

Honey Lime Vinaigrette I like this sweet and sour dressing on Mexican type
salads.

Oil Free Red Pepper Dressing  Apple juice is the base rather than oil.  Good
on all mixed green salads.

Raspberry Vinaigrette More popular all the time, this is great on any mixed
green salad.

Spicy Orange Vinaigrette This is fabulous tossed with sliced jicama.

Tangerine Balsamic Dressing  Very nice with fresh greens that have a few
nuts sprinkled on them.
