Honey Dijon Salad Dressing

1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. minced onion

Puree first 4 ingredients in a blender.  Pour into a bowl.
Mix in onion.  Use at room temperature.
