Green Goddess Dressing

1 2 oz. can anchovies
3 tbsp. chopped chives
3 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. salt
black pepper to taste

Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend
until smooth.  Cover and refrigerate.

MOM!MOM! notes:  I do not care for anchovies, so I just leave
them out.
