Gelatin desserts are inexpensive, easy and fun for a family meal or get together. 
This section will have some of my favorites, plus the winners from our contest .

Apple Jell-O Salad This reminds me of a Jell-O waldorf salad: a good use for
apples when they are plentiful.

Blueberry Salad  Blueberries with blackberries, sour cream and pecans
makes a good side dish with steaks.

Cherry Jell-O Salad  This recipe has special sentimental value to me.  Be sure
to get your favorite recipes from families and friends so they are not lost.

Cranberry Mousse  This easy recipe was sent in by one of our readers,
good anytime or great with turkey or chicken.

Gelatin Recipe Contest   Here you will find all the recipes from our contest
and the winners also.

Jell-O Punch   Although this is not a dessert, we thought we would include it
in the gelatin section.  This punch is particularly nice for a children's party.

Layered Pear Salad  We just love our pear Jell-O desserts.  This one has
cream cheese and ginger ale.  Really good in the summertime.

Orange Buttermilk Jell-O Salad  This one also has pineapple and a nice tang from
the buttermilk.

Pear Jell-O Salad A unique taste sets this Jell-O dessert apart from others.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad  After having this at a pot luck, I just had to persuade
my friend to give me the recipe.  This is great to take to a big gathering.

Valentine Cherry Swirl A really fun dessert that is made in a blender.  Kids
enjoy this for their valentine celebration.
