We grow several types of tomatoes in our yard every summer and it is quite a project to find uses for all of them.  Here are a few ideas.

Catsup If you have lots of tomatoes and are ambitious, this is a project worth doing. 
Most commercial catsup has a bunch of preservatives and high fructose corn syrup. 
Just transfer it to an old catsup bottle or plastic squeeze bottle to serve.

Cauliflower Stuffed Tomatoes  A nice winter side dish and a unique use for
cauliflower as well as tomatoes.

Cherry Tomato Appetizer   This is adapted from a recipe by the Frugal Gourmet. 
It is strictly for adults, kind of a bloody Mary on a toothpick.

Classic Tomato and Mozzarella Salad  This is an easy and delicious way to serve
fresh, ripe tomatoes.

Corn Stuffed Tomatoes     A simple side dish that goes well with barbecue.

Feta Cherry Tomato Crisp  A nice appetizer for people who want to have something
with a lot of flavor, but not a lot of calories.

Fried Green Tomatoes   A classic southern recipe that goes great with fried chicken.

Quick Tomato Strawberry Spread  I thought this sounded awful, but it is wonderful.  A
great use for extra tomatoes.  Also on this page is a variation that uses green tomatoes
and raspberry Jell-O. 

Shrimp and Orzo Stuffed Tomatoes A great side dish for barbecue or a light lunch with
some bread.

Stuffed Mozzarella Caprese  The coolest way to use fresh tomatoes.  Looks very
difficult, but is simple. 

Tomato Sandwich Italiano  This sandwich is perfect for those fresh garden tomatoes.

Tomatoes with Grapes  An odd combination, but it works.  A bit of a different way
to use up some green tomatoes.

Turkish Green Tomato Salad  Simple warm salad with a feta garnish, nice for
when you just have some green tomatoes to use up.
