Tomato Succotash

3-4 medium tomatoes
2-3 ears of fresh corn cut off cob
3TBS fresh basil
1-2 cloves garlic minced
1 small onion
1/2 green pepper
2-3 TBS butter
salt to taste
1 cup chopped Okra (optional)

Melt butter in skillet and add onion and garlic and sauté. Add green pepper and fresh corn and cook for 5
minutes. Add tomatoes and fresh basil and salt to taste. Cook for approximately 5 more minutes until
corn is cooked slightly.
Serve as a side dish
