Tomato Garlic Bread

1 small loaf of French baguette bread
1/2 cup butter or margarine (or more, if desired)
2-3 T garlic, chopped (or more, if desired)
1 or 2 tomatoes, sliced a bit thin
Italian seasoning
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced

Preheat oven or toaster oven to 350 degrees F.

Slice bread in half lengthwise.

Mix butter or margarine with garlic; spread mixture on
bread. Top with sliced tomato, placing the slices
next to each other on the bread. Sprinkle with
Italian seasoning. Top with mozzarella cheese. Bake
on a jelly roll pan or 9X11 pan for about 10 - 15
minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.

Cut into pieces with bread knife and enjoy!!

This is great to serve along with pizza.
