Holiday Egg Casserole

4-5 dozen eggs, scrambled
2 lbs. bacon, cooked
16 oz shredded cheddar cheese
l can condensed cream of mushroom soup
l cup milk
salt and pepper to taste

Place scrambled eggs in a 9x13 pan. Add cooked bacon, cream of
mushroom soup, milk and most of cheese. Stir until mixed. Add remaining cheese
on top. Cover, Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 40 minutes (or until heated
throughout and cheese on top is melted). Serves approx. 10-12.
