Healthy Pancake Alternative Cake
6 Egg Whites
1 cup of oats
1 Banana
1/2 tablespoon of cinnamon (more or less to taste)
1/2 tablespoon of vanilla extract (more or less to taste)
1 scoop of vanilla brand whey protein powder
(found in any health food or grocery store)

Combine all of the above ingredients in the blender and then pour into a
warm, pre sprayed skillet.
Depending on the size of the skillet, you may need to split the recipe
in half. The cake needs only to cook on medium for a few minutes; flipping half
way through

Top the finished cake with your choice of jelly, syrup or fresh fruit
and serve!

This is an extremely easy recipe that can be customized to you or your
kids liking.
