HAND-HELD BREAKFAST BOATS
For each sandwich:
1 French roll
2 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Cut a lid off the French roll and remove soft bread, leaving a shell.
Add salt and pepper to egg and pour into French roll. Add cheese, then
bacon. Sprinkle with paprika. Place on tray and bake in a preheated
375 degree oven
until egg is set and roll is crisp. Increase ingredients and make the
breakfast boats needed.
