Easy Chocolate Torte

1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 1/4 cups sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1oz. square of unsweetened chocolate melted
3/4 cup whipping cream
1 10 3/4oz. frozen pound cake

Thaw out the pound cake.  Combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla, mixing well
until blended.  Blend in chocolate.  Beat cream in a separate bowl until soft peaks form.
Gradually add remaining sugar, beating until stiff peaks form.  Fold into cream cheese
mixture.  Split cake into 3 layers.  Spread each layer with cream cheese mixture, stack.
Frost sides with cream cheese mixture. Chill. This can be garnished with chocolate
curls or sprinkles.
