BREAKFAST EGG LOAF

1 dozen eggs, slightly beaten
Dissolve:
1 pkg. dry yeast in 1 cup warm water
Add to egg mixture and continue beating
Add:
1 16-oz. carton of cottage cheese, drained
2 bunches of green onion, sliced
Mix well.
Add:
1/2 lb. bacon, diced
1/2 lb. diced ham
2 1/2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese

Butter two loaf pans and fill 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated 400 degree
oven for 15 minutes, then lower to 350 degrees for another 45 minutes.

This a wonderful all in one slice breakfast, especially those on the
run. Delicious and full of flavor!
