1 pkg. buttermilk refrigerated biscuits, 10-count
10 eggs
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp
10 tablespoons salsa
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

In cupcake tin, press each biscuit into a cup and press biscuit up the
side to
form a cup. Break an egg on each biscuit. Spoon 1 tablespoon of salsa
egg. Crumble 1 slice of bacon in each cup and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake in a
preheated 350 degree oven for 15 minutes. Makes 10 breakfast cupcakes.

These are different and delicious, always a hit with everyone!

MOM-MOM notes:  Small eggs worked better for us, maybe our muffin pans are a
little small.
