"Blueberry Cheese Stuffed French Toast"
4 2" slices French Bread OR Sliced Bread
cream cheese
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk or heavy cream
Spread cream cheese between two slices of bread. Dip in egg and milk mixture.
Fry in melted butter in large skillet. Brown on both sides. Serve with blueberry
syrup or any other fruit syrup of your choice. Serves 2.
