Sesame Lime Salmon

1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
1/4 cup sesame oil
1 3 1/2 lb. boneless side of salmon with skin

Mix first 4 ingredients in a small bowl.  Place fish
in a large glass baking dish.  Pour marinade
over.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Prepare barbecue.  Place fish skin side up,
on grill.  Grill 7 minutes.  Turn fish and
grill 7 more minutes on other side.
Serve garnished with lime.
