SCRAMBLED EGG-SAUSAGE-BEANSPROUT

1/2 lb. link sausage, cut in 1/2-inch pieces
1/3 cup finely sliced celery
1/3 cup finely chopped onion
6 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup fresh bean sprouts
1/2 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup milk

In a frying pan cook sausages until brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
Return to drained pan with celery, onion and bean sprouts, cook for a
few minutes. In
a bowl combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Cook slowly, stirring
occasionally, until eggs are done as desired. Serves four.

This recipe I created is delicious and a real change of pace for
breakfast!
