Orange Pineapple Cake

1 stick unsalted butter
1 lb. box graham crackers [crumbled]
2 cups sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup flaked coconut
3/4 cup milk
1 box orange-pineapple gelatin
1 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs . 2 tsp. baking
2 sticks softened unsalted butter
2 lbs. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
1 [20 oz.] can crushed pineapple [drained]

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine 1 stick of butter, crackers, sugar, pecans, coconut, milk, gelatin, vanilla, eggs, and baking powder. Beat on slow speed with an electric mixer till well blended.
Pour into 3 greased 9 inch cake pans. Bake for 40 minutes. Cool. Remove from pans. In a large bowl,
mix butter, powdered sugar, orange juice and pineapple. Ice layers and top of cake.
