Onion Roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 small/medium pork roast
1 cup water
carrots/potatoes, chopped
Mix the soup mix and water in the crock pot. Add the peeled, chopped
vegetables to the bottom, place roast on top. Cook on low 8-10 hours or
high
for 4-5 hours. Drain excess fluid (can be used for gravy) and serve.
