MEXICAN SLOPPY JOES
1 lb. ground chuck (or whatever you prefer), boiled
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 15 oz. can of tomato sauce
mild peppers rings in juice ( I usually use about 7-10 pepper rings and 1/4 cup
shredded cheddar cheese
After meat has been boiled and chopped up dump into crock pot.
Add tomato sauce, taco seasoning, mild peppers and pepper juice.
Mix together. Turn crock pot on low cook all day, stirring
occasionally. When done put meat on hamburger bun top with
shredded cheese and serve.
