Milky Way Cake
5 Milky Way candy bars
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
2 1/2 cups plain flour
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1-cup pecans
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix sugar, flour, soda, milk, one stick butter, vanilla and eggs until very
smooth. Melt one-stick butter and candy bars, and fold into batter; blend
well. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Use three 8- or 9-inch pans.
Icing
2 1/2 cups sugar
1 6-oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1-cup pecans
1 small can Pet milk
1 7-oz. jar marshmallow cream
1 stick butter
Put butter, sugar and milk in saucepan and boil four minutes. Remove from
heat, add marshmallow cream, chocolate chips and pecans. Beat until cool.
Spread on cake.
