Lemon Garlic Chicken Thighs

1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp. molasses
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 cloves garlic, chopped
8 chicken thighs, skinned
Cooking spray
salt and pepper to taste
lemon wedges for garnish

Combine the first 4 ingredients in a dish and add chicken.  Cover and marinate
in the refrigerator for one hour. 
Preheat oven to 425.  Remove chicken from the dish, reserve marinade. 
Arrange chicken in a shallow roasting
pan coated with cooking spray.  Pour reserved marinade over chicken and
sprinkle with salt and pepper. 
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes, then baste the chicken and cook for 20 more minutes. 
Serve with lemon wedges.
