My neighbor Laura also gave me this recipe when she called to tell me my
sprinkler was broken and I was flooding the neighborhood.  She says it is
adapted from a recipe she had on a cruise and that she makes it all the time. 
It is one of her favorites.

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
8 oz.  or more fresh spinach, steamed and sliced
4 oz. crumbled blue cheese

Put the cream of mushroom soup in a blender and process until it is quite smooth.
Transfer the soup to a saucepan and add the milk and the spinach and heat at
medium until it is smooth and well blended.   As soon as the soup is warm enough
to serve, toss in the blue cheese and stir, letting just a little melt and leaving some
of the cheese intact.
