Ham with Port Sauce

1 Pre-cooked smoked ham with or without bone
(5 lbs boneless, 8 lbs. bone in)
15 whole cloves
4 Tbsp. prepared mustard (honey mustard is good)
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup apple juice
1 cup tawny port

Trim the fat from the ham and score a diamond pattern.  Place the ham on a rack in
the pan.  Spread mustard all over the surface and insert the cloves in the diamonds.
Sprinkle the sugar over the top and pour the apple juice and port into the pan.  Bake in
a pre-heated oven for 1 hour, basting frequently.  Allow the ham to rest for about 20
minutes before carving and serve with the pan juices on the side.
