Ham with Port Sauce
1 Pre-cooked smoked ham with or
(5 lbs boneless, 8 lbs. bone in)

4 Tbsp. prepared mustard (honey mustard is good)
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1 cup apple juice
1 cup tawny port
