Crockpot Cabbage Rolls

Cooking them in the crockpot in sauerkraut adds a great depth of
flavor to traditional stuffed cabbage rolls

8 large cabbage leaves
1 pound ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Pepper
dash cayenne
dash Worcestershire
dash Tabasco sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 small bag sauerkraut

Cook cabbage leaves in boiling water for about seven minutes,
to soften. Drain. Mix ingredients 2-9 together. Divide the
mixture among cabbage leaves. Fold the sides in and roll up.
