Company Crockpot Chicken

Dissolve 1/2 Knorr Chicken bouillon cube in 1 cup water
(or 1 cup chicken stock)
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sherry
1 tsp. sugar
5 cloves garlic, sliced
1 inch ginger root, diced
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
2 tbsp. rice vinegar
Mix the above ingredients in a small bowl

1 large onion, sliced
1 8 ounce box of mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
4 chicken legs and thighs, skinned

Layer in order given, then pour sauce mixture over and cook on low for
about 8 hours. The last half hour, add 4 to 6 broccoli flowerets,
cleaned and 1/4 cup corn starch mixed with enough cold water to
dissolve, about 1/4 cup.

Serve over orzo or any other small pasta.
