Chicken and Onion Bake
1 9 oz. package frozen onions with cream sauce
2 1/2-3 Lb. chicken, cut up
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
Thaw the package of frozen onions.
Place chicken pieces, skin side up, in a baking dish.
In a mixing bowl, stir together the thawed onions, chicken soup, parsley and
until the sauce is nearly smooth. Spoon over chicken, cover and bake at
350 for one hour or
until chicken is done. Stir the sauce mixture before serving.
