Cherry Yum Yum
1 (8 oz.) pkg.
2 envelopes Dream Whip
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 1/2 sticks margarine
2 cans cherry pie filling
Cream cheese and sugar together in mixing bowl; set aside. Mix milk and Dream
Whip in bowl; beat until stiff. Combine with cream cheese mixture. Mix the
cracker crumbs with melted margarine. Spread 1/2 the crumb mixture in the bottom
of 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Spread 1/2 the Dream Whip mixture over crust. Add
pie filling on top of the Dream Whip mixture. Place remaining Dream Whip over
pie filling and top with remaining graham cracker mixture. Chill for several
hours or overnight.
