Caribbean Curried Chicken
1 medium (sweet potato) peeled and cubed
1 3/4 cups (440ml) water
1 Tablespoon margarine or butter
1 packet Continental Chicken Curry pasta & Sauce Mix
2 Cups chopped cooked chicken
1 Cup sliced green beans
Place sweet potato, water and margarine into a saucepan, bring to the
simmer for 5 minutes.
Add pasta & sauce and simmer gently uncovered for 10 minutes adding
beans for the last 2 minutes and stirring occasionally.
