1 large Mama Mary’s Gourmet Deep Dish pizza crust
½ box lemon cake mix
2 eggs
4 tablespoons cooking oil
1½ cups Junior Mint candy, separated
1 3-oz package Philadelphia Cream Cheese, softened
20 large fresh strawberries, cut in half
20 medium strawberries, cut in half
3 mandarin orange slices or tangerine slices (segments)
2 kiwi, sliced into 1/8” round slices
½ cup fresh raspberries
½ cup fresh blueberries
½ cup fresh blackberries


1 small box of Lemon flavored Jell-O gelatin
¼ cup hot water

Cool Whip, optional


1.Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place pizza crust on a pizza pan.
2.In a mixing bowl combine the cake mix, eggs, and cooking oil. Beat on low speed until smooth.
Pour and spread about ¾ of the batter into the pizza pan. Top the batter with ¾ cup of the
Junior mint candy.
3.In a bowl combine the remaining ¼ batter with the softened cream cheese. Beat on low speed
until smooth. Pour batter over the mints on the pizza. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Remove
from oven and top with remaining ¾ cup Junior mint candy. Bake additional 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool.
4.Starting at the outer edge of the pizza layer large strawberry halves around the top of pizza.
Next, layer the medium strawberry halves, with a little overlap of strawberries. Layer
mandarin/tangerine slices. In center of pizza arrange the raspberries, blueberries, and
blackberries. Top with glaze (recipe below). Refrigerate until ready to serve. Slice and top with
Cool Whip, if desired.

FOR GLAZE: In a bowl completely dissolve the gelatin in the water (may need additional hot water if
mixture is too thick). Spoon the mixture over the fruit on top of the pizza.
