Crockpot Chicken and Creamy Zucchini

8 each chicken breast half without skin
1 small cabbage head, wedged
2 small zucchini, whole, quartered
1/2 stick butter, sliced
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c water
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder

Put veggies in the crockpot and put chicken on top. Mix together cream,
water and seasoning, and pour on chicken. Top with pats of butter. Cook on
low for 6-8 hours.
