I got this recipe from my friend Carol, who always comes to our
Easter Egg Hunt with her adorable kids Julia and Grant, her husband
Jerry and his parents. They always bring great treats to share and
this cake was a big hit.  Serve it cut in squares.

Ugly Duckling Pudding Cake

1 pkg.  yellow cake mix
1 pkg.  lemon instant pudding
1 16 oz.  can fruit cocktail with juice
1 cup shredded coconut
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Blend all ingredients except brown sugar and nuts.  Beat 4 minutes
at medium speed.  Pour into a greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. 
Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts.  Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or
until cake springs back when lightly pressed and pulls
away from sides.  Cool 15 minutes.  Spoon hot glaze over warm cake.

Butter Glaze

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 1/3 cup shredded coconut

Combine margarine, evaporated milk and sugar in a saucepan. 
Heat on LOW until it is all melted and well combined.  Stir in coconut.
