Triple Cheese Soup
1 small onion
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
2 cans Cheddar cheese soup
2 can (2%) milk
1 lb. Velveeta
1 small pkg. grated sharp
Sauté onion, celery, bacon bits and green pepper in butter. Put in
crock-pot. Add Cheddar cheese soup along with milk. Stir until smooth.
Let cook slowly. Add Velveeta cut in chunks and grated
Let melt in crock-pot. Add more milk to thin if
needed. Simmer in crock-pot
2 to 3 hours. Serves 6 to 8 people.
