SPAGHETTI SOUP

4 med. potatoes, diced
1 onion, chopped
1 to 1-1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 can (14 oz) tomatoes
Spaghetti, broken in 1 inch pieces
1 dash of red pepper
1 dash of chili powder
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

In large pot cook potatoes and onions until tender. Brown ground beef
in skillet. Drain. Add to potatoes and onions. Add tomatoes and
spaghetti to pot. Cook until spaghetti is tender. Mix in spices.
Simmer. Stir cheese in pot until melted, right before serving.
