A really gourmet treat combining seafood and pasta in a delicious

2 cups sliced mushrooms
3 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons flour
2 cups half and half
Pinch of salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 can 8-oz. tomato sauce
1/2 lb. cooked crabmeat, shrimp, lobster meat or a combination
2 tablespoons sherry
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 pkg. 1 lb. Bow Tie Pasta, cooked
3 tablespoons minced parsley

In a heavy saucepan, sauté mushrooms in butter until they begin to
brown. Stir in flour until completely moistened. Add half and half,
salt and pepper. Stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Simmer 3
minutes. Add tomato sauce, seafood, sherry and lemon juice; heat
through. Serve hot over hot pasta; sprinkle with minced parsley.
Serves four.
