RAGIN' CAJUN SEAFOOD PASTA IN A HURRY
1 box (8oz) small shells pasta
1 bottle (8oz) Italian roasted garlic salad dressing, divided
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 cup sliced green onions and tops
1 jar (2oz) diced pimentos
1 package(9oz) frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
1 can (8oz) refrigerated pasteurized lump crabmeat, picked
1/4 cup chopped parsley
˝ cup purchased shredded Parmesan
1. Cook pasta by package directions; drain into large bowl and add ˝
cup salad dressing mixing well; set aside and keep warm.
2. Using large skillet, add 1 tablespoon salad dressing, Old Bay
seasoning and red pepper flakes, heating on medium heat.
3. Sauté onions one minute and add pimentos, shrimp, crabmeat and
remaining salad dressing, coating mixtures and heating well.
4. Add mixture to warm pasta along with parsley and cheese. Gently
toss until well mixed. Serve immediately. 4-6 servings.
