| Russian Chicken
 1 bottle 8 oz. Russian salad dressing (or French)
 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
 12 oz. jar of apricot preserves
 2-3 pounds chicken cut up
 
 Mix all the ingredients, bake the chicken at 350 for 
45 min. drain all
 the juice, cover with the sauce and bake another 30 min. basting the
 chicken occasionally.
