ROTEL VELVEETA DIP

I first tasted this dip when  friends of mine (Fred and Lupe the Dog)
brought it in to our little bar and grill years ago.  It was so good that
it was gone practically before it hit the table.  Fred told us that he
sometimes made this in 5 gallon  amounts for big parties!  It is the BEST
queso type dip I have ever tasted.  It can also be used as a sauce for many
things.  It's very good on cauliflower and also as an enchilada
sauce.

Rotel Velveeta Dip

Ingredients:
1 lb. Velveeta Cheese cut into squares
1 can Rotel Tomatoes with Chili Peppers

Preparation Instructions:
Combine ingredients; place over low heat until cheese melts. Serve hot
with chips.  Can also be microwaved.
