This recipe I created is a gourmet delight, a unique taste sensation
that's delicious!

4 large sweet red bell peppers
4 oz. butter
1/2 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups half and half
1 cup grated Romano cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 lb. linguini, cooked

Clean and cut peppers into thin strips. In a sauté pan heat butter and
olive oil. Add garlic and sauté 1 minute. Stir in caper and red bell
peppers and cook uncovered until peppers become soft, about 10 minutes.
Add tomato paste and stir. Pour in the half and half and grated Romano
cheese. Stir 5 minutes. Place cooked hot linguini in a bowl and top
with the pepper sauce. Serves 4-6.
