Pumpkin Soufflé

3 cups mashed, cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1-2 cups miniature marshmallows

1. Preheat oven to 325. Grease one 2 quart
casserole dish and set aside.

2. Combine the pumpkin, white sugar, brown sugar, margarine, cinnamon,
vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix well and pour into casserole dish.

3. Sprinkle with marshmallows to cover and bake for 40 to 45 minutes.
