 Pineapple Bacon Beans 
 
4 slices of bacon 
1 medium onion (diced) 
2 cans of brown beans 
1 can diced pineapple (reserve 1/2 the juices) 
1/2 cup brown sugar 
2 tbs. maple syrup 
1 tbs. pepper 
 
In a large pan, Sauté bacon over medium high heat until crispy. Remove and set
 
aside. Add diced onion to remaining bacon grease and sauté until slightly golden
 
brown. Add beans, pineapple and 1/2 the juices, brown sugar, maple syrup 
and pepper. Crumble bacon and add back into pan. Simmer over low heat about  
25 minutes. ENJOY!!!
