A unique delicious and different taste sensation!
1 1/2 cups roasted, skinless peanuts
3 cups beef broth
1 cup half and half
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups bowtie pasta
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
In a saucepan combine peanuts, broth, half and half chili powder,
cumin and salt. Bring to a boil, lower flame and add pasta. Stirring
occasionally, cook for 10 minutes. Spoon into bowls and sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese. Serve piping hot. Serves 4.
