Peanut Dip

1 3/4 cups creamy peanut butter
2 medium onions, chopped
6 minced garlic cloves
6 TBSP lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
4 tsp grated fresh ginger
4 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp dried red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tsp turmeric

Combine all ingredients in blender or processor until smooth, thin with
water if necessary. Can be served immediately, is best at room temperature.
