Pasta Pizza Caprese

8 ounces linguine or spaghetti, cooked till al dente, drained
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 large vine-ripe tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/3 cup snipped basil leaves
2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Combine the pasta with the next 4 ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
Press into a 10-12 inch oiled pizza pan. Bake at 375 degrees 20 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Arrange the tomato slices on top. Sprinkle on the
basil then top with the cheese. Broil 1-2 minutes or till the cheese
melts and is bubbly. Serves 4-6.
