Omelet my way

4 eggs
6 pieces of cactus
2 Tbs. bacon bits
dash of salt and pepper
dash of garlic
cheddar cheese
cut cactus into very small pieces. Put eggs in a bowl and beat. Mix all
ingredients together and cook until done. Sprinkle with cheese
