JULIA'S CHICKEN SURPRISE
(VERY EASY, SOUNDS RICH BUT REALLY GOOD, EVERYONE LOVES IT)

3 CUPS COOKED CHICKEN, CHUNKY BUT BITE SIZE PIECES
1 16 OUNCES PACKAGE OF EGG NOODLES OR FAVORITE PASTA, COOKED.
1 CAN SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS, SLICED, DRAINED
3/4 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS, SAUTÉED OR CANNED, DRAINED
3/4 CUP MAYONNAISE (LIGHT OR REGULAR)
1 CUP CREAM OF CHICKEN OR CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1 CUP BLACK OLIVES, SLICED, OPTIONAL
SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE
3/4 CUP BREAD CRUMBS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350'. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS BUT BREAD CRUMBS. PLACE IN BUTTERED CASSEROLE DISH. TOP WITH BREAD CRUMBS. BAKE FOR 30-35 MINUTES TILL HOT. GREAT WITH A SALAD ON THE SIDE.
