Lemon Ice-Box Pie

1 graham cracker crust
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lemon juice
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 cups whipped topping

In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice and
mix well.

In a small bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff but
not dry. Gently fold eggs into sweetened condensed milk mixture. Pour
into prepared crust.

Chill for 3 hours. Top with whipped topping.
