Heavenly Fruit Dip

1/2 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 cup pineapple juice
2 T. flour
1 T margarine
1 cup whipping cream

Combine sugar, flour, egg, margarine and pineapple juice.
Cook until smooth and thickened. Let cool. Whip cream and fold
into cooked mixture.
Makes 2 cups.
